Argolid: a piece of land full of history (c. 9 hours)

On this tour we explore the northeastern part of the Peloponnese.

We drive along the highway on a mini-van or a luxurious taxi. Admiring the breath-taking view of the Saronic Gulf, we arrive at the Canal of Corinth, which separates the Peloponnese from mainland Greece. Then we continue to Mycenae, where we will visit the prehistoric Acropolis and the royal tombs. After lunch break we reach Nafplio in about half-an-hour, one of the most picturesque port towns. Next stop is Epidaurus, where we will visit the sanctuary of the healing god Asclepius and, of course, the most famous and best preserved ancient theatre of Greece.
